I am honored to be one of four lead faculty members with Hawaii Yoga Institute. As part of this program, I lead the Spring weekends 200HR training. I value the vision and methodology of this school in cultivating teachers through the process of self reflection in a safe and nurturing environment. My aim is to help teachers think critically and provide the tools that allow them to share the practice of yoga in a mindful and purposeful way based on personal experience.
